Kristin started her career working in book publishing, with an undergraduate degree in English Literature and Speech Communication. Since then, she worked in high-tech companies supporting C-level executives, and did extensive corporate tradeshow and event planning, as well as women’s leadership and mentoring through church and volunteer work. She now works in the direct selling field utilizing multilevel marketing strategies, and has received several award trips, a Silver in 6 bonus, and as a solid Gold, is in the top 0.1% of a billion-dollar network marketing company.

Kristin understands that there is never a business problem that doesn’t have a personal problem at the root, and loves using her intuition to help people break through barriers. She believes in the power of connection and community, and that true change takes a combination of courage, consistency, and compassion. Kristin is passionate about the Downline Leadership program because of the program’s tangible impact on people’s results. As a single mom, she knows that running a home-based business can be challenging, and that it can be easy to get stuck as a burned-out director. She has seen it transform teams, and loves empowering people to eliminate say-do gaps, create a culture of co-ownership, and build trust and influence as leaders, mentors, and better yet… coaches.
