1:1 Coaching
There are occasions where a leader seeks one-on-one coaching. During this session the agenda comes from the leader. YOU choose what YOU want to talk about, which challenges YOU are facing, for completely personalized support. The Coach’s job is to probe the leader for the issues behind the challenge. The basic premise is that the Coach believes that the leader can solve their own problems and is therefore going to ask open-ended questions to help the leader find the answer within them. We also provide mentoring and teaching as needed.
Whether you need a 1x ‘intentional storytime’ with your coach, or an ongoing commitment of 3, 6, or 12 months, one-on-one coaching is a wonderful way to receive even more direct & focused support for your business.
Investment: Our typical offering is 6 sessions over 12 weeks, at the cost of $250/hour with Eric, all other coaches $150 per hour.

Eric’s coaching is a partnership where solutions are created in response to goal achievements, ideas, and upline and downline concerns are implemented. His careful questioning and challenging, combined with listening skills, teased out the important issues and then together we formed action plans. He had a way of taking my confusing thoughts and bringing them together in a significant direction. I found the accountability and cheerleading made me put weight and energy on things that mattered.
