The Relationship Map helps Leaders get intentional about building relationships. The rows in the spreadsheet are the people you want to build a relationship with. Try to keep the groups small at first, creating new sheets for new groups. Pick people that are valuable to you and your business.

Download the full template and see all of the different options for looking at your team. We suggest you only have 4-10 columns to start with. You can add additional columns as you go, even making up some of your own!
BUT…Don’t forge that last column, the Relationship Plan. This is where you put your plan and strategy for building a relationship with this person.
